Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Officer you will:
- Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing practices.
- Plan execute and manage test cycles using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Perform functional testing on mobile and web applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Conduct REST API testing using Postman and validate backend processes with MSSQL databases.
- Actively contribute to Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile principles.
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders.
- Participate in system integration testing UAT execution and coordination.
- Support continuous improvement in testing processes and documentation standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 10 years of total professional experience including 5 years in software quality assurance.
- 2 years of experience in a Scrum/Agile environment.
- Strong experience in Scrum methodology.
- Proficiency in test management tools preferably Azure DevOps.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
- Experience in REST API testing using Postman.
- Skilled in functional testing of mobile and web applications.
- Familiarity with system integration testing.
- Basic understanding of test automation.
- Experience in UAT execution and coordination.
- Domain knowledge in banking credit cards or payment processes.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Work in a fast-paced Agile-driven environment and quickly adapt to change.
- Capability to coordinate with multiple business and tech stakeholders.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and defect documentation skills.
- Understanding of complex integrations and workflows.
