Job Description
- Design develop and execute automated tests for APIs/web services web and mobile applications.
- Perform system integration testing in complex environments.
- Utilize tools such as Robot Framework Azure DevOps JMeter and Postman to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Collaborate closely within Agile/Scrum teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Administer and maintain test automation tools and ecosystems ensuring consistency of test artifacts within source control systems (e.g. Git SVN).
- Contribute to automation governance and reporting helping ensure best practices and standards are met.
- Coordinate and/or execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
- 8 10 years of total experience in software testing.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in testing.
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation.
- At least 2 years working in Agile environments (ideally Scrum).
- Proficiency in structured programming (preferably Python) and the Robot Framework.
- Solid experience with test management and automation tools (ideally Azure DevOps JMeter).
- Experience with REST API testing (ideally using Postman).
- Strong knowledge of databases preferably Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
- Good understanding of functional and non-functional testing.
- Take initiative and ownership of the test automation process.
- Adapt to cross-functional responsibilities with a T-shaped skill set.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Manage and maintain automation ecosystems ensuring high levels of test quality and coverage.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
