Medical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products medical devices and diagnostic equipment to healthcare professionals hospitals and other relevant institutions. They build relationships with key decision-makers deliver product information and presentations and work to achieve sales targets within a specific geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion:
Promote and sell the companys products to a variety of healthcare professionals including doctors nurses pharmacists and hospital staff.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals building trust and rapport.
Product Knowledge:
Have a thorough understanding of the companys products including their benefits uses and how they compare to competitors.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets within a designated territory or geographic area.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service addressing questions resolving issues and offering support to healthcare professionals.
Territory Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies within a specific territory identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
Reporting:
Accurately record and report on sales activities customer interactions and market data.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree:
Typically requires a bachelors degree in a related field such as pharmaceutical sciences biology or a related field.
Relevant Experience:
Experience in sales particularly in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is often required.
Industry Knowledge:
A good understanding of the healthcare industry medical terminology and regulatory requirements.
Must be a high school graduate. Further training in child care and development from some registered institution (eg. ACNS ). Proven child care experience with references. First Aid and CPR certification. Safety certification. A valid driving license and a safe driving record.
