We re looking for a Branding and Marketing Account Executive to take ownership of the end-to-end branding and marketing initiatives for HRG and its sub-brands. This is an Individual Contributor role that blends strategic thinking with executional excellence from planning to performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Management Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels Drive brand positioning strategies for HRG and its verticals Align visual and messaging elements with brand standards Marketing Strategy & Execution Design and implement integrated marketing plans (digital + offline) Lead campaigns across social media, email, web, and events Collaborate with cross-functional teams for targeted solutions (B2B & B2C) Account Management Serve as the main liaison for internal teams and agency partners Create campaign briefs, timelines, and performance reports Oversee agencies, vendors, and freelance talent Content & Design Oversight Supervise development of blogs, case studies, social content, brochures, and videos Uphold brand voice, tone, and compliance across all materials Lead design SOP training and conduct quality analysis Performance & Analytics Track and report campaign KPIs and brand health metrics Leverage insights to refine strategies and optimize budgets
