The Department of Health Disability and Ageing requires an Oracle Intelligent Advisors (OIA) - SFIA Level 6 - in order to ensure continuity in the Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) space for the Aged Care Project and ongoing Production Support.

Key duties and responsibilities
OPA is required to undertake tasks that include but are not limited to the following:
- Proven experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions OIA including familiarity with the OIA connector framework styling extensions and OIA APIs;
- Experience writing rules in OIA s Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM) development tool; Ability to document technical solutions in detail; * Demonstrable architectural or business designer experience would be an advantage;
- Skills in the integration of OIA with Siebel would be an advantage;
- Ability to elicit requirements from business owners and translate these requirements into specifications;
- Demonstrable experience applying a wide variety of Software Development methodologies including waterfall agile etc.
Essential criteria 1. A track record of delivering technology products in large organisations 2. A demonstrated understanding of what makes for a great developer experience for external users 3. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams that follow agile and user-centred design practices 4. Experience working on large Government transformation programs highly regarded Desirable criteria 1. Knowledge, experience of, and relationships with the agriculture technology industry 2. Delivery of technology to support regulatory decision-making processes 3. Experience delivering to the Australian Government Digital Service Standard
