Requirements
Here s What You ll Be Responsible For
This role goes beyond just keeping ATMs operational it s about transforming them into reliable high-performing hubs that put customers first. You ll:
- Define and execute a strategic vision and roadmap for our ATM services.
- Liaise with business offices and other bank units to identify opportunities to grow the ATM business.
- Collaborate closely with ATM vendors and suppliers to conduct proof of concept (POC) testing for new ATM brands or product solutions; supervise the selection procurement and deployment processes.
- Periodically review ATM performance and identify potential new locations based on accessibility availability and visibility.
- Oversee deployment replacement and decommissioning of ATMs as necessary and approved.
- Manage third-party vendor engagements appraisals and vendor payments related to ATM services.
- Own the end-to-end product management for all ATM deployments; drive optimization and process improvements in collaboration with product design FEP and development teams.
- Perform cost-benefit and risk analyses to guide investment decisions evaluate break-even periods and negotiate costs to optimize profitability.
- Work cross-functionally with IT operations risk finance and other stakeholders to launch new features upgrades and process improvements.
- Advocate for customer needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk management protocols

- Expertise: Strong grasp of ATM operations vendor management switching systems and self-service channel optimization.

- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking tools
- Familiarity with Nigerian banking regulations and risk frameworks
