Job Description
- Lead Automation: Design develop and maintain scalable enterprise-grade automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium and Playwright.
- Drive Quality Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle ensuring product excellence from start to finish.
- Mentor Team: Guide and coach junior QA engineers to elevate technical skills and best practices.
- Innovate Continuously: Adopt emerging QA methods and technologies to keep testing efficient and industry-aligned.
- Foster Excellence: Champion innovation and continuous improvement encouraging experimentation and strategic tech adoption to solve complex challenges.
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience in QA automation including expertise in tools like Selenium Playwright or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing end-to-end QA strategies including test planning design automation execution and reporting.
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools and a solid grasp of DevOps practices.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and the ability to drive QA efforts in fast-paced iterative environments.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
