We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client engagement efforts and account management processes. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business development customer relationship management and learning the fundamentals of account strategy in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior representatives in managing client accounts and delivering timely solutions
Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service
Conduct research to identify client needs and industry trends
Prepare presentations reports and documentation to support account activities
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success
Monitor account progress and contribute to performance analysis and optimization
Participate in client meetings and provide actionable insights
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Prior internship or experience in a client-facing role is a plus but not required
