Respond to client and candidate inquiries via phone email and in-person
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery
Assist in scheduling appointments and interviews
