Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to residential and commercial properties
Create compelling promotional materials such as flyers brochures and email campaigns
Coordinate and manage local advertising campaigns
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand property features and selling points
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Represent Property Soar at property expos open houses and local events
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
12 years of experience in marketing preferably in real estate or property services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
High level of creativity adaptability and attention to detail
