Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team. This role combines accurate data input with attentive customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and able to handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update customer data into internal databases and records
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely courteous manner
Verify and correct data discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
Assist with order processing and tracking customer service tickets
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
Maintain logs and generate basic reports for internal use
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or customer service (1-2 years minimum)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
