Qualifications :

 

  • A current Real Estate Licence and a proven track record in residential property sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing and converting a high volume of enquiries consistently exceeding business sales objectives.
  • A proactive approach to networking and relationship-building underpinned by a commitment to client service and long-term partnerships.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a tenacious approach to deal closure and a focus on achieving commercial outcomes.
  • A collaborative working style with the ability to contribute effectively within a high-performing team environment.
