In this role you will:
- Spend 40% of your time with Media Planning Support/Activation of Local and Emerging Media
- Maintaining Local Media files and Regional/Master flowcharts while keeping record of media plans/DMA activity (current/historical)
- Sharing out communications/reporting on Local Media updates with Marketing COE
- Partner with internal teams (Advertising etc.) to ensure creative alignment for Local Media selection/offerings to support National Calendar and any Local Initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and Marketing COE to identify new local media tactics digital marketing trends and evaluate media opportunities.
- Function as daily contact for Local Media requests from Marketing COE team including Field Marketing Managers and Marketing Manager.
- Actively develop and maintaining robust reference documents (Business case for new Emerging Campaigns Campaign wrap reports and Strategic Research on partners)
- Maintain Local Listings and Local Store Page questions with internal and external partners.
- 40% of your time on Campaign Implementation Reporting/Monitoring and Analytics
- Support trafficking QA creative direction and tagging (digital platforms as needed) to ensure seamless campaign activation and delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on campaign set-up with partners to ensure marketing campaigns are running as planned.
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting/analysis of media campaign performance regularly including impression tracking media spend and internal metrics.
- Work closely with media partners and internal teams (A&I etc.) to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to all campaigns.
- Identify trends and run analytics of media performance while analyzing opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Present insights of campaign performance to internal teams and field to support/ assist in decision making maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with Media team to identify and evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency of digital media.
- 20% of your time on Budget Management
- Oversee monthly invoicing process to ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
- Process invoices/analysis as needed for Local Media accounting including reimbursement for Local Media
- Partner with Finance teams to ensure payments completed on-time and in correct fashion across Local and Emerging Media Partners
- Assist with management of budget trackers actual spend and documents to provide organization of clear understanding of balances and performance against plan(s)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or other related field
- 1-3 years of media experience is required
- Previous demonstration of managing multiple projects at one time
- Strong attention to detail required
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills required
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products specifically: Outlook Excel PowerPoint
