- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to sales management on progress and challenges.
- Attend trade shows conferences and other events to represent the company and promote products/services.
Qualifications :
Basic Requirements
- BS degree from an accredited university or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- 5 years of experience with Engineered Equipment
- 2 years of Sales experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2 years of experience presenting complex information to high level officials within internal and external Customers
- 2years working in Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint
- Driver License with a good driving record (International and Domestic travel)
Preferred Qualifications
- An MS degree or MBA is a plus
- Understanding of the Packaging Industry (Nutriceutical confectionary - especially gummy)
- Demonstrated ability to close large complex capital equipment sales
- Prior experience in project management or as an Application Engineer
- Demonstrated ability to write and present business and sales plans
- Ability to speak German or Spanish
- Experience within the industry (e. g. consultants formulation experts or gummy invocation centers).
- Industrial gummy production experience (e. g. process engineer R & D).
- Gummy process optimization & development expert.
- Experience in sales of gummy process/manufacturing equipment.
