Job Description
Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 Days in Office Required
Hana Group US is seeking an IT Analyst to help drive excellence within our internal IT department. The individual should have experience aligning IT initiatives with corporate strategy and business growth. Day-to-day activities include but are not limited to inventory management for all technology related devices/items and assisting in daily technical Support functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluating buying procedures and presenting improvement strategies to senior management for approval
- Driving purchasing decisions based on cost and scenario analysis as well as market trends
- Collaborating with the cross-function team to identify and pursue new ingredients and new supplier opportunities
- Conducting market research as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts
- Oversees and maintains current inventory
- Researches analyzes and forecasts current and future buying trends markets styles and products with attention to specified target market and demographics
- Develops and maintains relationships with wholesalers and suppliers
- Assesses financial risks of purchases

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business economics finance logistics or in a related field or four years of buying experience
- At least two years sourcing experience in a related industry
- Proficiency in sourcing software
- Communication skills to include ability to collaborate and negotiate
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong grasp of Hana Group standards mission and core values
