Job Description

As a Senior Business Developer you will:

  • Identify and qualify high-potential EMS opportunities within key sectors such as industrial automotive and IoT
  • Apply a structured Strategic Account Planning approach: map target organizations build connections with key decision-makers and understand their selection criteria
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to final contract negotiation
  • Provide critical field insights (market trends technological shifts competitor activity) to support internal teams (quotation marketing product)
  • Represent LACROIX at key industry events trade shows and conferences
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development to align with company-wide strategic goals
  • Onboard and grow new customer accounts that match our predefined qualification criteria (market plant capability)

 


    Qualifications :

    The profile we are looking for will have : 

    • Mandatory and substantial experience in the EMS industry (minimum 5 years)
    • Strong track record in B2B business development ideally in an international context
    • Expertise in selling tailor-made solutions and complex services
    • Proven ability to manage long and intricate sales cycles while maintaining strategic relationships
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Fluent in English; French is a plus
    • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365
    • Strategic resilient and highly results-driven mindset.
