Job Description
- Support in developing and implementing security strategies and aligning them with business goals.
- Develop maintain and improve policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
- Identify assess and mitigate security and continuity-related risks.
- Define and report on key performance indicators to track security effectiveness.
- Deliver programs to increase employee awareness and foster a security-minded culture.
- Create and coordinate tailored security concepts across departments.
- Plan and lead projects to improve information security and business continuity.
- Conduct audits and implement corrective measures based on findings.
- Ensure collaboration among IT legal compliance and other teams on security matters.
- Provide guidance and resources to local security teams and units.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in information security and business continuity management.
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301.
Strong understanding of risk management compliance and security governance best practices.
Proven ability to define and implement security policies processes and performance metrics (KPIs).
Experience in conducting security audits risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
Experience in leading or supporting security-related projects and initiatives.
Ability to design and deliver training and awareness programs to promote a security-first culture.
Professional certifications such as CISSP CISM ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor or equivalent are a strong advantage.
Fluency in English and Polish both written and spoken.

- Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days a week from one of our offices (Warsaw Poznan Lublin).
