Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about hospitality and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences We are looking for a dedicated In-Room Dining Employee to join our team and deliver high-quality service with care and attention to detail.
- Handling food and beverage orders via phone or system ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Providing guests with a refined and memorable dining experience in the comfort of their rooms.
- Maintaining high standards of service presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with both guests and colleagues.
- Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlets when needed contributing to a smooth and collaborative operation.
Qualifications :
- A hospitality enthusiast with a heart for service and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings evenings nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in F&B or room service in a luxury setting is a plus.
