Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Experienced Dentist to join our private dental practice in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to provide high-quality dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the role:
Advance Dental Clinic is an established practice with an excellent reputation for providing care to local patients.
- Working pattern: Wednesdays Fridays and one Saturday morning per month
- Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients focusing on preventative and cosmetic treatments
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including check-ups fillings crowns and bridges
- Utilise state-of-the-art dental equipment to ensure optimal patient care including CT scanner intraoral camera and iTero scanner
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients explaining treatment plans clearly and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with our team of dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the practices growth by offering advanced treatments such as Invisalign (training can be provided if needed)
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry and implement new techniques as appropriate
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and practice policies
Qualifications :
- Qualified dentist with a valid licence to practise in the UK
- Experience in private dentistry with a focus on cosmetic treatments (preferred)
- Proficiency in using modern dental equipment including digital X-rays and intraoral scanners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to patient-centred care and customer service
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team
- Dedication to continuing professional development and staying current with dental advancements
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a friendly practice environment
