ENDOCRINOLOGIST
Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine degree (M.D.) or its foreign equivalent.
- Completion of a three (3) year residency program in Internal Medicine.
- Completion of a two (2) year fellowship program in Endocrinology and Metabolism.
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology Diabetes and Metabolism.
- Current and valid Physician License from the state of Indiana.
- Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
