Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical team lead ensuring timely efficient and high-quality deliverables.
  • Understand business demands and translate them into IT solutions.
  • Write and track technical requirements while collaborating with IT Architects Development Leads and technical specialists.
  • Coordinate cost estimation and manage end-to-end development activities (planning execution testing and deployment).
  • Evaluate and implement new SAP technologies supporting knowledge-building in these areas.
  • Provide technical consulting and development as part of global SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Analyze integration requirements design and implement complex state-of-the-art end-to-end integration scenarios across multiple technologies and SAP modules.
  • Lead the integration of cloud solutions and platforms (SAP Azure) IoT services and external business partners.

Qualifications :

  • Completed Higher Education in Systems Analysis Computer Science or similar
  • Languages: Mandatory Portuguese and English.
  • Solid understanding of SAP HCM specializing in Brazilian localization.
  • Strong background in ABAP development topics and cross-functional knowledge between different SAP modules.
  • SAP S/4 Hana implementation projects.
  • Integration of cloud solutions and platforms (SAP Azure) IoT services and external business partners.
  • Knowledge in API EDI PI and CPI integrations
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to present ideas and projects to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Competence in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to deal with changing market conditions and project requirements.
