Job Description

Hiring Construction Managers for our reputed Client


Construction Manager: Civil- Substation

Location: Chennai

Experience: 10yrs to 16yrs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall civil construction activities at substation project sites.
  • Plan organize and manage resources schedules and budgets for civil works.
  • Supervise and coordinate with site engineers contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Ensure adherence to construction drawings technical specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during .
  • Monitor work progress prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review and approve civil work method statements inspection test plans (ITPs) and quality assurance procedures.
  • Liaise with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth .
  • Manage procurement and delivery of civil construction materials in coordination with the supply chain team.


Requirements:

  • BE/BTech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 10 16 years of progressive experience in civil preferably in substation or related infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles construction methods and materials.
