Job Description
Hiring Construction Managers for our reputed Client
Construction Manager: Civil- Substation
Location: Chennai
Experience: 10yrs to 16yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall civil construction activities at substation project sites.
- Plan organize and manage resources schedules and budgets for civil works.
- Supervise and coordinate with site engineers contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure adherence to construction drawings technical specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during .
- Monitor work progress prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and approve civil work method statements inspection test plans (ITPs) and quality assurance procedures.
- Liaise with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth .
- Manage procurement and delivery of civil construction materials in coordination with the supply chain team.
Requirements:
- BE/BTech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10 16 years of progressive experience in civil preferably in substation or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles construction methods and materials.
