Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist the licensed physical therapist with patient assessment care planning patient treatment and education according to the professional practice guidelines defined by state and professional sources.
- Works as a collaborative team member to develop a coordinated care plan that is accountable to achievement of established goals.
- Is knowledgable and completes all required documentation and billing requirements according to established local state and federal law.
- Is responsible for the knowledge and application of measurable quality metrics associated with the area of active practice. Periodically attends team meetings to discuss/improve program evaluation/quality measures.

Qualifications
Required Licensure and Certifications: Nebraska PTA license; Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
