Evaluate plan direct administer Occupational Therapy services as prescribed by referring provider to restore function following injury disease or physical disability and wellness for prevention of disability. Apply clinical judgment for individualized treatment and use of physical agent modalities as appropriate to maximize progress improve functional ability of patients within the scope of the states practice where Occupational Therapy services are provided.
Responsible for continued evaluation and improvement of services within the department. Promotes staff development and staff satisfaction for those working under his/her direction.
Occupational Therapy Education/Accreditation
Member and credentialed with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Member of or eligible for membership in American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
