Job Description

The Delivery Stream PPM(Engineer) will work with Delivery Stream to incorporate procurement execution tools and resources into a centralized software suite. The Deliver Stream PPM will coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure functionality is scoped prioritized and implemented into the platform and will manage multiple work streams directly supporting project opportunities related to AP1000 AP300 eVinci and other products within the Energy Systems Portfolio.
Your Day to Day:
- Personal industrial and nuclear safety as a fundamental part of their job.
- Scope Management:
- Drive/Support identification and development of functionality.
- Maintain backlog of scope to support developer resources.
- Drive execution of scope based on priorities.
- Drive/Support issue resolution (as needed).
- Lead meetings with cross functional teams to mange scope development and implementation.
- Program Management:
- Maintain and distribute reporting metrics to stake holders.
- Maintain and distribute schedule and forecasts for all scope.
- Develop and maintain process for functionality enhancements.
- Maintain Subject Matter Experts organization to continue building on functionality.
- Develop job aids for users.
- Manage training classes as new functionality is rolled out and new users are onboarded.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering
- 4 years experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus.
- Experience preferred in the Power Generation or Nuclear Industries but could be in any of the following industries: Oil & Gas Pipelines Refineries Offshore Oil Production Platforms Ship Building Manufacturing Plants Supply Chain etc.
- Knowledgeable in a programming software is a plus but not required.
- Secondary language skills a plus but not required.
- Willing to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development. -5-20% Varies by project demand. Mostly travel to Eastern Europe (Poland Hungaria Bulgaria Czech Republicetc.)
- Mobile Combination remote and office (Cranberry Township PA HQ location) work environment. Negotiable prefer minimum 2 days in the office a week for team collaboration.
