For over 30 years Cotler Psychology Services-founded and led by Kerry Cotler Ph.D. Licensed Psychologist-has been a recognized leader in senior mental health care across more than 160 long-term care communities in Florida. Our clinicians provide compassionate high-quality psychological services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities improving lives every single day.
We are currently seeking Florida-Licensed Psychologists (Ph.D. Psy.D. Ed.D.) and Florida-Licensed Masters-Level Clinicians (LCSW LMHC LMFT). Candidates nearing licensure are also encouraged to apply. Youll join a team of professionals who are dedicated to person-centered care clinical excellence and ethical practice-without the burden of corporate production metrics.
What We Offer
We provide flexible scheduling and autonomy allowing you to design your schedule based on your availability and preferences. You can choose the communities you wish to serve and set your own workload. Compensation includes competitive pay with mileage reimbursement opportunities as well as paid training and ongoing support from our clinical and administrative teams. Earning potential ranges from $70 to $105 per hour for psychologists and from $50 to $70 per hour for masters-level clinicians.
Our comprehensive support system allows you to focus on your clients. Our in-house administrative team handles billing insurance credentialing referrals scheduling and more-no outsourcing. Clinical training is provided through online modules and one-on-one virtual meetings with clinical specialists to ensure best practices for work in long-term care settings. You provide the care-we handle the logistics.
We offer robust onboarding and ongoing support including one-on-one virtual training in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Youll also have ongoing access to experienced clinicians for support and guidance.

Qualifications
For Psychologists:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. Psy.D. or Ed.D.)
- Active license to practice in the State of Florida (or near licensure)
For Masters-Level Clinicians:
- Licensed in Florida as an LCSW LMHC or LMFT (or near licensure)
