Job Title: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $16.50- $17/hr.
Shift: 1st and 2nd available

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly line operations. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to fabricate and assemble products efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Production Worker Duties:
As a member you will be responsible for helping make our specialty bakery and confectionery goods.
- Assembly packing and baking of cakes cake pops ice cream inclusions as well as special order items.
- Hand wrap bakery products manual dexterity is important.
- Follows and complies with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices.
Requirements:
Job Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and work with a team of 50 or more people.
- Ability to work some overtime including weekends and holidays as required.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bend and stoop to grasp objects and stand on small ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds depending on the specialty product -on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds unassisted.
- Maintain the highest level of plant cleanliness
- All applicants must adhere to our GMPs (good manufacturing practices). No jewelry piercings sleeveless tops short pants perfumes false eyelashes are an example of some of the requirements.
Preferred
- Bakery experience a plus but not required.
- Fast paced production experience desired
