Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Quality team manages Information Technology operational processes including configurations change management and incident management and provides oversight to third party suppliers that deliver services for Information Technology operations.

The Opportunity When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Risk and Compliance team you conduct gap analysis defne establish implement and close process gaps. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain elevated standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities -

Conduct gap analysis and close process gaps - Dafne and implement risk management processes - Mentor and support junior team members - Build and sustain client relationships - Develop a profound understanding of business and compliance contexts - Navigate complex risk and compliance issues - Maintain elevated standards in risk management practices - Utilize metrics and audits to enhance process quality .

What You Must Have -

5 years of experience -

Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart - Experience with CMMI Level 5 standards - Skilled in data analysis and predictive modeling - Skill in quality process performance objectives - Experience in conducting various audits - Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation - Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies .
