Your role:

As a construction manager youll receive a thorough onboarding and then take the lead - together with your team - to ensure our fast charging stations are built on time and meet the highest quality standards

In this role youll:

• Take charge of planning tendering and managing the construction of our large cutting-edge charging stations across Germany.

• Work closely with our expansion team architects and project managers to make each build a success

• Oversee contractors on-site keep construction on track and ensure everything meets our high quality standards

• Travel regularly to construction sitesthis is a hands-on role where your presence makes the difference

• Once a station is up and running hand it over to our Operations team for the next chapter

E-mobility is new territory for you or youd like to deepen your knowledge

No problem! As part of your onboarding youll take part in engaging workshops where youll learn everything you need to know about electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure.

Who we are looking for

Were looking for a Construction Manager who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. Youre hands-on work well with others and are excited to be part of a growing industry where you can learn more about e-mobility and fast charging infrastructure.

Additionally you tick the following boxes:

• A degree (in architecture civil engineering electrical engineering etc.) or relevant vocational training (e.g. construction technician) combined with at least 3 years of experience in construction (civil structural roadworks electrical or similar).

• Proven experience managing construction projects and familiarity with tendering processes and the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures).

• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel to construction sites across Germany.

• Fluent German (near native-level) and excellent English both written and spoken.
