Volontariat im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt interne Kommunikation

Deine Aufgaben:

• Redaktionelle Ttigkeiten fr interne und externe Kommunikationskanle: Themenfindung Recherche Texterstellung Lektorat und Verffentlichung
• Verantwortung des Intranets und dessen technischen Support: Redaktionsplan pflegen Meldungen erstellen und hochladen eigenstndige Betreuung der Intranet-Redakteure
• Untersttzung bei Kommunikationsprojekten eigenverantwortliches Fhren von Teilprojekten und themenbezogene Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen in Deutschland und international
• Eigenstndige Organisation von firmeninternen Events und Meetings
• Leitung des Kommunikations-Onboardings fr neue Mitarbeiter*innen
• Erstellung von Pressemitteilungen und Social Media Posts
• Monitoring der Medienberichterstattung von Gesundheitsthemen und des Marktes

Dein Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Kommunikationswissenschaften Journalismus Public Relations Medienwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Journalismus und/oder der Unternehmenskommunikation wnschenswert
• Kommunikationsstrke mit sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
• Fhigkeit zur zielgruppengerechten Aufbereitung von Sachverhalten
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office

As enhancement for our team in the Head Office Hamburg we are looking for you limited for 18 months as

Trainee (m/f/d) in Corporate Communications with focus on Internal Communications

Your tasks:

• Editorial activities for internal and external communication channels (online and print): Topic identification research copywriting editing and publication
• Responsibility for the intranet and its technical support: maintaining the editorial schedule creating and uploading messages supporting editorial conferences and independent supervision of intranet editors
• Support for communication projects and independent management of sub-projects
• Project and/or topic-related collaboration with communications colleagues in Germany and internationally
• Independent organization of internal company events and meetings
• Preparation and creation of press releases and social media posts
• Leading the communication onboarding for new employees
• Monitoring media coverage of health topics and the market

Your profile:

• Successfully completed university degree in the field of communications or a comparable course of study
• Initial practical experience in journalism and/or corporate communications desirable
• Very good communication skills both written and verbally as well as the ability to present facts in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
• You speak English and German fluently (both written and spoken) and can confidently use MS-Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to organize tasks independently and think proactively
