Public Areas Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Public Areas Attendant you will take ownership of all public spaces and outlets ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
This is a full-time permanent position. We are looking for candidates to start in the near future.
Starting Pay Rate: $20.80 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.30.
Job Duties Include:
- Clean all assigned public areas and outlets
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest whenever possible
- Take ownership of guests privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Excellent organization skills and time management
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming
