As a CNC Machinist youll be at the forefront of high-quality manufacturing and play a vital role in meeting our customers needs by working with cutting-edge machinery like Takasawa and Nakamura. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and want to be part of an industry leader this is your opportunity to shine!What Youll Do:- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (Takasawa and Nakamura with Fanuc controls)
- Review programs blueprints and tooling requirements
- Handle both production and prototype partsoften complex always high precision
- Make real-time decisions to keep quality and efficiency on point
- Rough and finish parts down to tight tolerances
What Were Looking For:- Completion of a relevant trade school program.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand part specs.
- Strong math & computer skills.
- Experience in set up and operate Takasawa and Nakamura lathes with Fanuc controls.
- Experience in creating and editing CNC programs.
- Precision mindset and a knack for making accurate adjustments.
- Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools.
- Good communication and the ability to work independently.
