POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

As a Hydraulic Components Salesperson you are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers providing expert advice on hydraulic products and driving sales within your assigned territory in Sweden. Your role combines technical knowledge customer service and strategic sales skills to support clients in selecting the best hydraulic solutions for their applications.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hydraulic components market.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular visits technical support and solution-oriented selling.
  • Provide tailored advice on hydraulic components such as pumps valves hoses fittings and cylinders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering procurement logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Prepare and deliver professional quotations and follow up on sales proposals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and product developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows technical events and customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales forecasts budgets and reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales experience preferably in hydraulics or technical B2B environments.
  • Strong technical affinity and ability to understand and explain hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Swedish and English (other languages).
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within your region (international customers in Sweden Norway Finland Denmark and Iceland).
  • Experience with ERP and MS Office systems.
