Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients operations processes and strategies
- Design and implement frameworks to address clients unique challenges
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance and drive profitability focusing on areas such as supply chain sales planning marketing etc.
- Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings recommendations and progress.
- MBA degree from an institution of repute
- 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing or distribution sectors with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conversational proficiency in local language
- Intermediate knowledge of excel and powerpoint.
- Travel will be second nature for this job
