Job Description

Our client specializes in hiring and supplying skilled manpower from SAARC countries We are hiring for Operations Manager for Manpower solutions business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 10 years in manpower supply business. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business including dealing with clients deployment logistics accommodation of hired people compliances productivity
  • Candidates must have experience in Staffing or manpower solutions.
  • Implement onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Develop and execute HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Resolve employee issues and address workplace conflicts.
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve services and outcomes.
  • Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Lead initiatives related to diversity equity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Support compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Review and manage HR budget and resources effectively.
  • Participate in organizational strategic planning sessions as an HR representative.
  • Develop training materials and programs that meet organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Preferably MBA or HR specialization
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • A track record of fostering a positive organizational culture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
