Job Title: Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Reports To: VP of Wholesale
Department: Wholesale
A growing consumer brand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator to support its expanding wholesale business. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence by managing order processing coordinating workflows and maintaining strong service level agreements (SLAs) with key accounts. Youll work cross-functionally with Logistics Demand Planning and Account Management to support business growth and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Order & Fulfillment Management:
Ensure timely receipt and processing of inbound wholesale orders at the distribution center.
Serve as liaison between logistics and commercial teams to resolve fulfillment issues and keep leadership informed.
Distribute shipping documentation and updates to internal teams and clients.
Track purchase orders (POs) shipments inventory and available-to-sell (ATS) data.
Issue Resolution & Policy Support:
Respond to client inquiries and escalate policy-related issues as needed.
Support resolution processes for replacements returns and adjustments.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with Logistics Planning and Wholesale teams to align timelines and ensure operational success.
Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Help monitor and support SLA adherence for key accounts identifying risks early.
Sales Tools & Administrative Support:
Coordinate the shipment of displays marketing materials and product samples.
Provide administrative support for key wholesale initiatives including event prep and system updates.
Maintain customer orders and purchase orders within internal systems and follow up as needed with customer service teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable managing operations in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Strong communicator skilled at aligning internal teams and external stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial and process-driven with a desire to create and improve systems.
Committed to delivering a high level of service to wholesale partners.
2 5 years of experience in operations or wholesale roles.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in logistics planning or supply chain.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities under tight timelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Background in eyewear fashion or consumer personalization.
Familiarity with wholesale order management systems and fulfillment workflows.
