What You will Do
As the Senior Director of Security National Accounts you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a strategic business plan that prioritizes growth initiatives secures new accounts enhances service offerings to our current customer base and introduces our solutions to potential clients while ensuring retention of existing clients. Your role will involve analyzing market trends to pinpoint key areas that leverage JCIs strengths add value for our partners and align solutions with client business objectives. You will remain informed about emerging trends in the marketplace and assess potential future solutions that position JCI as the leader in the security sector.
How you will do it
Lead a team of Security National Account leaders overseeing National Account teams.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics that focus on growth across various JCI Business Units within the Security domain.
Act as a subject matter expert for the specified market educating the North American sales team on effective sales strategies in this space.
Ensure all teams engage in consistent processes for evaluating market performance including skill assessments and training inventories.
Oversee the effectiveness of training programs.
Develop collaborate and execute the North American Security domain business plan and growth strategy emphasizing excellent customer experiences.
Ensure account plans for key customers are managed incorporating customer satisfaction evaluations and market data collection.
Collaborate with Security Core Service and Systems Sales Leadership to define requirements and create Solution Set roadmaps.
Work closely with Product Management to outline requirements and develop Solution Set roadmaps.
Establish market-based pricing strategies informed by customer needs and price sensitivity analyses.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers that support the product offering portfolio.
Refine and advocate for a global marketing strategy for integrated solutions within the Security domain.
Create and articulate the value proposition derived from extensive research and continuous analysis of customer behavior market dynamics competitor strategies product offerings and pricing structures.
What we look for
Required
At least 10 years of progressive experience in technical solutions sales and sales leadership.
A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum of ten years of experience in sales within the Specified Technology Market with proven results.
In-depth knowledge of Smart Buildings technology JCI products and services along with sales tools and processes.
Must be able to travel by car or plane 50%
