About the Role
Our Client KJBN Labs Private Limitedis seeking a talented and passionate DevOps Engineer with a strong understanding of Platform Engineering principles to join our growing team. In this role you will bridge the gap between development and operations by automating software deployments managing infrastructure and building and maintaining our development platform. You will be a key player in ensuring our software is delivered efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Design implement and maintain tools and processes for Continuous Integration Delivery and Deployment (CI/CD).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Build and maintain our development platform including configuration management containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP Azure).
- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to improve development workflows and platform efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps and platform engineering trends.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points
- Experience with configuration management tools (Chef Puppet).
- Experience with GitOps workflows.
- Experience with security best practices for cloud platforms.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus Grafana).
