Are you a passionate and innovative digital designer eager to make an impact in the dynamic world of sports- and betting media Better Collective is seeking a talented Digital Designer with a keen eye for digital creativity and a strong command of Figma.
At Better Collective we believe exceptional design elevates user experiences and sets us apart in the digital landscape. As a Digital Designer youll be instrumental in shaping our digital products and enhancing our user journey while working with market-leading brands under our umbrella. Youll join a diverse multinational team brimming with experienced designers across digital graphic and UX disciplines. Your mission: to design and develop captivating content that engages sports- and betting fans around the globe.
What youll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and user needs transforming them into compelling digital design concepts.
Design stunning key visuals user-centred interfaces wireframes and prototypes in Figma that ensure seamless interaction and usability.
Utilise user feedback usability testing and data insights to innovate and improve our product experiences continuously.
Uphold a consistent design language for a variety of brands across all digital platforms for visual coherence.
Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to our projects.
Job requirements
What were looking for
A strong portfolio that highlights your digital design expertise especially in web applications.
High proficiency in Figma with complementary skills in the Adobe Creative Suite.
A genuine interest in sports and ideally a curiosity about betting is not a must but it does help.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a wide scope of stakeholders and business owners covering all of Europe while thriving in an open feedback culture.
