Job Description
Overview:
Position for a Senior SAP CRM Consultant with deep knowledge of Request Manager solution in TD SYNNEX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:
Rollout / implementation of RMT in new teams
Support Projects and enhancements
Investigate and provide support to incidents and issues reported by business
Support developing and testing in new solutions delivered to the business
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Be the main contact in certain Projects and initiatives
Provide support during UK business hours
Qualifications:
Experience:
5 to 10 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications:
Masters / Postgraduate Degree with computer science/ economics Field of Study preferred.
Bachelors Degree with computer science/ economics field of study required.
Other Education / Certifications: SAP certifications in the relevant area
Working Conditions:
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
On-call availability required as necessary.
Remote position office optional.
Some travel might be required.
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
High level of communication skills in English.
Professional attitude.

Long experience in SAP environment and CRM Projects.
