Job Description

We are looking for a Medior/Senior Management Assistant to support the CEO and Managing Director on administrative and organizational matters. In this role you are a key figure ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. You are someone who handles changing schedules magically and always finds a solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You manage the agendas and coordinate activities.
  • You prepare meetings files reports and documents and follow them up.
  • You ensure a clear and timely meeting agenda.
  • You take minutes and draft reports.
  • You coordinate business trips for the management team members.
  • You collect interpret and process information and reports.
  • You act as the first point of contact for the CEO and Managing Director.
  • You organize and coordinate events/meetings/info sessions.
  • You maintain relationships with colleagues internal services external clients and stakeholders.

Are you the new colleague we are looking for

  • You hold a Bachelors degree or higher.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Planning and organizing are your core competencies and necessary flexibility does not scare you.
  • You have an eye for detail and are administratively strong.
  • You are fluent in three languages (Dutch English and French). Knowledge of Spanish is a nice plus.
  • You are willing to work at our different locations mainly in Wijnegem and Verrebroek.
