THE JOB

The Operations Manager at Brooklyn Bowl is responsible for executing and overseeing all floor activities related to service and entertainment. Duties include directing and supporting all staff members on the floor to maximize the efficiency and productivity as well as help establish standards guidelines and objectives for our staff. Managers will make critical decisions and judgment calls in order to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of our guests. All managers assist with screening potential candidates as well as retaining motivating and evaluating employees to ensure they receive the adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives. The Operations Manager must regularly interface with other members of the management team including operations sales kitchen production marketing and box office. Outside of in-service duties an operations manager will also have administrative work that will span daily weekly and monthly task to ensure the success of all areas of the room.
