Role Overview
As a Senior Community Manager overseeing a portfolio of multifamily communities you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the success of multiple sites within your region. Youll drive operational excellence by leading your teams through all aspects of community performanceleasing service operations financials staffing vendor management and resident experience. Your leadership will ensure alignment with Cortlands standards and values while fostering a culture of performance accountability and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Solid 3 years in multisite of a multimillion-dollar multisite operations and P&L management
- Bachelors degree in business real estate or related field preferred
- Demonstrated success with innovative large team leadership
- Superior record of improving business results and sophisticated business plan execution
- Expert time management prioritization and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven ability to manage budgets and proactively solve problems
