THE ROLE
Vibee is seeking a motivated and independent Financial Operations Specialist to own and streamline Vibees daily financial operations including AP AR and credit card disputes/chargebacks. This efficiency-driven and tech-savvy individual will process invoices and payments manage the overall dispute/chargeback resolution process and lead project management for the finance team while also providing comprehensive support for departmental needs. This position reports to Vibees Manager of Finance and Director of Operational Finance.

Hiring Salary Range: $70000.00 - $75000.00 USD

It is estimated based on what a successful Nevada applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Nevada or perform the position from Nevada. Insomniac takes into consideration a candidates education training and experience as well as the positions work location expected quality and quantity of work required travel (if any) external market and internal value including seniority and merit systems and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
