Job Description

Position Summary
Assists equipment operators throughout the plant to achieve budgeted production and quality targets and performs special tasks as directed by Shift Supervisor.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Relieves equipment operators as directed for breaks absences or vacations
- Cleans the main process log conditioning and finishing building
- Assist operators with start-ups shutdowns and changeovers
- Maintains cleanliness of assigned work areas
- Notifies Shift Supervisor Production Supervisor and maintenance department of any equipment problems
- Performs other duties that may be assigned to operate the plant
- Must be able to perform their job by working in high places including stairs platforms scaffolding and decks
- . Must be able to operate equipment including but not limited to forklifts scissor lifts overhead cranes Skid steer and front-end loaders on occasion
Education
High School Education or GED.

In addition to base compensation individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
