Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall business operations in the Western Region with full P&L ownership.
Drive regional growth through client acquisition retention and development strategies.
Monitor and control Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure healthy cash flow and minimize outstanding dues.
Establish and strengthen relationships with air and ocean carriers to secure competitive rates and space allocations.
Lead manage and develop regional teams to achieve high performance and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with all organizational policies processes and regulatory requirements across the region.
Provide strategic inputs for regional planning and contribute to national business goals.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have a logistics industry background with a minimum of 1020 years of relevant experience.
Currently working as a General Manager West or in an equivalent leadership position in logistics.
Demonstrated expertise in managing P&L and delivering on financial targets.
Strong leadership communication and team management skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record in managing logistics or supply chain operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent understanding of air and ocean freight market dynamics.
Financial acumen with experience in managing P&L and AR.
Effective communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
