What youll be doing:
- Assisting German-speaking customers with product inquiries orders and troubleshooting
- Providing expert guidance on high-quality tools and equipment
- Handling customer requests via phone email and chat in a professional manner
- Working closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Representing a well-known brand in a sustainable and modern environment
