About the role:
We are seeking someone with excellent customer service and administrative skills to hit the ground running. As a natural problem solver you will prioritise competing rostering needs to ensure each of our 12 residential aged care sites are adequately staffed to provide quality care. You will be responsible for taking unplanned leave calls from staff processing their leave and finding coverage for the now vacant shift. In partnership with the Site Managers you will monitor critical unfilled shifts and work with them to develop solutions that sometimes require out of the box thinking.
