This senior-level role is responsible for managing and continuously enhancing the organizations Project Management Office (PMO) to foster a customer-centric service approach. The PMO Manager will serve as a central point of coordination governance and leadership for shared engineering resources supporting project delivery teams. The individual will oversee the successful execution of programs and projects ensuring productivity efficiency and strategic alignment. The role also involves offering strategic insights to modernize the PM framework covering policies tools procedures and organizational structure.
Responsibility AreaDescription of Duties & Activities% Time Allocation
Governance and Standards- Oversee the project portfolio in collaboration with the Resource Manager for prioritization risk management and optimized resource allocation.
- Monitor project performance budgets and timelines for strategic alignment.35%
Portfolio and Resource Management- Define implement and maintain PM methodologies frameworks and best practices.
- Establish and uphold governance policies and project documentation standards.20%
Stakeholder Communication Reporting and Relationships- Deliver regular updates dashboards and performance reports to management and stakeholders.
- Identify and address risks issues and project roadblocks.20%
Support for Strategic Initiatives- Contribute to defining and implementing the PMO vision mission and goals.
- Promote a culture of project excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead the institutionalization of project management tools across the organization.15%

Education and Professional Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (./B.E././M.E./).
PMP and Agile certifications are mandatory.
A degree in Business Administration or HR with specialization in Project Management is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 10 years in Project Management.
At least 5 years in a leadership role managing people and resources.
Strong expertise in portfolio management and risk assessment.
Proven analytical abilities for performance evaluation and data-driven decision-making.
Experienced in change management and leading organizational transformation.
Excellent leadership organizational and strategic planning skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Shift Duty: Flexible Timing
Work Outside Office: Applicable
Domestic Travel: Up to 5% (Occasional)
