As a Consultant Intelligent Automation you will:
- Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to analyse challenges explore options and implement inclusive effective solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
- Monitor progress adapt to changing priorities and overcome barriers to maintain momentum and deliver excellence in a dynamic environment.
- Coach and inspire others to challenge assumptions and embrace innovation promoting inclusive practices and continuous improvement.
- Promote teamwork and cross-functional collaboration setting a positive example and building ethical goal-oriented partnerships across the University.
- Prioritise client-centered service and ongoing learning using feedback to tailor solutions raise service standards and support professional growth.
To be successful youll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience working in a complex IT development environment.
- Experience designing effective solutions to complex business and technical problems.
